IDM wants to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud into their Business. They need a
Doble Optin process for the subscriptions to the Newsletters,
html templates for different email communications
and an unsubscribe process for clients who desire to opt-out from this channel.
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform will be used to incorporate the contact data of the clients and to send these clients
Email communications.
Additionally, they need a solution to be able to track the email performance.
Solution
For the Doble-Optin and the Unsubscribe processes, we used CloudPages inside SFMC.
The Landing Pages implemented in Marketing Cloud are prepared for multilanguage: German, English and Italian.
All processing of what to display and the update of attributes (consents and dates) in the CRM will be developed using AMPScript code, additionally to HTML and CSS.
