We need to launch the first of the surveys, focused on knowing customer preferences regarding possible payment split offers.
We want to carry out a one-time, non-recurring survey.
Aimed at customers who meet the following conditions: Iberia Icon main cardholders, from Iberia Cards, with cards that have not been blocked or cancelled,
with any active easy purchases and who have registered at least 5 easy purchases in the last 12 months.
(Segmentation by Marketing in SAC and the DE of SFSC will be a selection of records that will be imported -IBC team).
The solution will be sending an email that will redirect to the Landing Page of the survey,
which will contain six questions (mandatory) with only one possible answer.
They will be initially communicated to 300 holders, we expect a response of at least 10% within 5 days after sending.
If this ratio is not completed, the communication will be sent to a second selection of holders, until the desired minimum number is reached.
